Two ways to pay. Nothing hidden.
A fixed price for the build, a flat monthly for the looking-after, and a way to have the build for nothing if you would rather it sat in the monthly budget. This page is the whole of it.
Services, plainly priced
One free thing, then two ways to pay for the same site. No day rates, no surprises, and you see it before you owe anything.
The Findings Audit
Send your website address. Within the week you have the three specific things quietly costing you bookings, with the evidence.
- We read your website, your Google listing and your socials the way a customer does
- You get the three specific things costing you bookings, with the evidence
- Plain English, within the week, no report to wade through
- Yours to keep, whoever fixes them. No call attached, no obligation
Then, if you want the rebuild: two ways to pay
Same site, same standard, live within a fortnight of approval either way. Pick the shape that suits how your club spends.
For clubs that would rather own the build outright
£400 a month for the looking-after
- Fixed price. No day rates, no surprises, no extras
- Paid only when you approve the concept
- Retainer starts when the site goes live
- Leave the retainer any time after the first month
- Year one comes to £7,300
For clubs that would rather it sat in the monthly budget
£595 a month for twelve months, then £400
- No capital cost, no committee paper, no invoice to approve
- Exactly the same site, the same standard, the same fortnight
- Twelve months minimum, then it drops to £400 and you can leave any time
- Monthly starts when the site goes live, not before
- Year one comes to £7,140, less than paying upfront
£400 a month, and here is exactly what it is
Most clubs have never had someone whose job it is to mind the website. This is that person.
- Unlimited small changes: prices, dates, opens, menus, a new photograph. Ask, and it is done
- Your Google Business Profile kept accurate and worked, so you show up where people search
- Your socials fed from what is already happening at the club
- Hosting, domain, security and backups, all handled
- A monthly report in plain English: visits, calls, bookings, what changed
- One number to call. A person who answers, not a ticket
- Your hosting and domain renewals
- The agency you ring twice a year and wait a fortnight for
- The member who does it for free, until they stop
- The four hours a month somebody at the club is quietly spending on it
Leave with a month’s notice. The site stays yours and keeps working.
What every rebuild includes
Whichever way you pay, this is what you get. It does not change between the plans.
- A complete new website, built from your own facts and photographs. Nothing invented, nothing stock
- Every price told once: green fees, packages, memberships, all agreeing with each other
- Your booking system, members’ area and handicaps left exactly where they are
- Fast on every phone, because that is where your customer is standing
- Old links redirected, Google updated, nothing lost in the move
- Live on your own domain within a fortnight of you approving it
- You own it outright: your domain, your content, your site
What is not included
Said plainly, so nobody is surprised later.
- A photography shoot. We work from what you have; if you want new pictures we can arrange a photographer at cost
- Paid advertising spend. We will run Google or Meta ads for you on the retainer, but the ad money is yours
- Printed material. We will supply the artwork; the printer bills you
- Booking-system fees. Whatever you pay intelligentgolf, BRS or ClubV1 today, you keep paying them
The year-one maths
Pay as you go: £2,500 on approval, then £400 a month from go-live. Twelve months in, £7,300.
Nothing upfront: £595 a month from go-live for twelve months. Twelve months in, £7,140. Then £400 a month, leave any time.
They come to within a couple of hundred pounds of each other in the first year. The difference is purely the shape: one is a capital cost that needs approving, the other is a line in the monthly budget. Committee clubs nearly always find the second easier, which is why it exists.
Prices are for a club or venue website of the kind shown on our Work page. Unusually large sites, multi-site groups and anything with online sales get a fixed quote in writing before we start, and the free audit is still free.
Questions about money
Is “nothing upfront” really the same site?
Why is it twelve months minimum?
What if we want the build but not the retainer?
What counts as a “small change”?
Do you charge for the meeting?
Is there a contract?
Who pays if the site is hacked or goes down?
See it before you spend a penny
The concept is free to look at. The audit is free to have. The price is fixed and written down. Start with your website address.
